Service Description
Review Radar is a Google review monitoring and response service operated by SitebyCB. The service monitors a subscriber's Google Business Profile for new reviews, generates AI-drafted responses, and delivers email alerts with ready-to-post responses. Weekly reputation digests compare the subscriber's review performance against local competitors.
What Review Radar Does
Review Radar monitors publicly available Google review data for subscribed businesses. When a new review is detected, the service sends an email alert to the subscriber containing the review text, star rating, reviewer name, and an AI-generated suggested response. The subscriber decides whether and how to use the suggested response — Review Radar does not post responses on the subscriber's behalf.
AI-Generated Content
Review responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided as suggestions only. The subscriber is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any response to their Google Business Profile. SitebyCB does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated responses. Subscribers should review all suggested responses before posting.
Data Usage
Review Radar accesses publicly available data from Google Business Profiles, including business name, address, rating, review count, and individual review content. This data is publicly visible to anyone on Google Maps and Google Search. Review Radar stores this data to detect new reviews and generate weekly comparison reports.
Competitor data (business name, review count, and rating) is also collected from publicly available Google listings for the purpose of comparison reporting.
Subscriber Terms
Businesses subscribing to Review Radar agree to a monthly subscription fee of $49/month after a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start; you add a card if you choose to continue after the trial. You may cancel at any time with no further charges. Upon cancellation, monitoring will stop and you will no longer receive alerts or weekly digests.
Acceptable Use
Review Radar may not be used to harass, defame, or intimidate reviewers. Subscribers may not use AI-generated responses to post misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for misuse.
Limitation of Liability
SitebyCB provides the Review Radar service on an "as is" basis. While we strive for reliable monitoring, we cannot guarantee detection of every review, as the service depends on third-party data sources (Google). SitebyCB is not liable for missed reviews, inaccurate AI-generated responses, or any business outcomes resulting from the use or non-use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
