ShoreFyre Fresh Bar & Grill is a locally-owned restaurant with two locations in the heart of Waikiki — on Koa Avenue and inside the International Market Place. We replaced their aging WordPress site with a fully custom platform built for speed, SEO performance, and multi-location complexity. ShoreFyre was running on a generic WordPress template that didn't reflect the energy of their brand or the complexity of operating two distinct locations — each with different menus, hours, events, and reservation systems. We also built a custom QR code tracking system for ShoreFyre's physical promo cards. We built a custom AI agent that connects directly to ShoreFyre's Toast POS system via API. Every morning, the agent pulls the previous day's sales data, processes it, and delivers a detailed summary to the owner and general managers via PDF — automatically, before they even walk in the door.
The daily report includes a full breakdown of revenue by location, employee performance metrics (tips, hours worked, voids, refunds, and per-employee revenue), and trend analysis compared to the same day in previous weeks. A weekly digest rolls everything up with bigger-picture patterns.
Critically, the agent is trained to flag anomalies that could indicate theft, fraud, or operational issues — unusual void patterns, refund spikes, or revenue dips that don't match traffic. This gives ownership a layer of oversight that would otherwise require hours of manual review or expensive third-party audit tools.
